We built a constraint based service network model for a European hi tech company looking to migrate their major customers to facilities in Eastern Europe.

The analysis included warehousing and logistics costs, labour costs, service level requirements and even population densities.

This allowed our client to make an informed decision internally before negotiating with their customers.
