We are already managing reverse logistics, returns disposition, warehousing, re-distribution and transportation services for our Clients. This is from our own warehouse, using our tools and people. This is using our relationships with transportation providers and our pricing agreements.
This is measured against Service Level Agreements where we are accountable for delivery of the service.
We have access to world class applications for spare parts planning and inventory optimisation with MCA Solutions (www.mcasolutions.com).
We can provide access to the applications, and provide the supporting services such as inventory planning & forecasting, super user support, parameter review, health checks and performance audits. We can provide these as a seamless service which we call Planning as a Service (PaaS) for a fixed monthly fee.
