Phil Smith

Phil is a Director and co-founder. Phil leads the technical and operational capabilities of the company.

He was previously Director of Supply Chain Management for the Aftermarket Services division of Celestica Corporation, a global electronics manufacturing and services company. Here he helped transform supply chain capability from two sites in the UK to encompass 15 sites globally, and extend services from repair only, to include call centres, forward and reverse logistics, and inventory management.

Phil boasts a 15 year career in automotive supply chain management with Lucas and Sumitomo where he was responsible for European logistics operations, including five distribution centres supporting major contracts, with significant contribution to customer awards for outstanding supply performance (Toyota) and Supplier of the Year (Nissan). Responsibilities included warehousing and distribution from five centres.

Graham Best

Graham is a Director and co-founder.

Graham leads the sales, marketing and alliances on behalf of the company, and has been instrumental in growing revenues by 100% year-on-year since its incorporation.

He was previously European Director for Click Commerce, part of ITW Group of Companies, who provide supply chain solutions to a global client base, incorporating specialist supply chain applications and integrating logistics and service providers.

Graham has a strong background in business development and alliances in supply chain information technology and systems.
