Phil SmithPhil is a Director and co-founder of The Service Business in 2006. Phil leads the technical & operational capabilities of the company. He was previously Director of Supply Chain Management for the Aftermarket Services division of Celestica Corporation, a global electronics manufacturing & services company, where he helped transform supply chain capability from 2 sites in the UK to encompass 15 sites globally, & extend services from repair only, to include call centres, forward & reverse logistics, and inventory management. A 15 year career in Automotive supply chain management with Lucas & Sumitomo where he was responsible for European logistics operations, including 5 distribution centres supporting major contracts, with significant contribution to Customer awards for outstanding supply performance (Toyota) and Supplier of the Year (Nissan). Responsibilities included warehousing and distribution from 5 centres. |
Graham BestGraham is a Director and co-founder of The Service Business. Graham leads the sales, marketing and alliances on behalf of the company, and has been instrumental in growing revenues by 100% year-on-year since its incorporation. He was previously European Director for Click Commerce, part of ITW Group of Companies, who provide supply chain solutions to a global Client base, incorporating specialist supply chain applications and integrating logistics and service providers. Graham has a strong background in business development and alliances in supply chain information technology and systems. |
