Since 2006, we have been building an innovative, agile company with a great reputation. The Service Business exists to help companies realise their potential to provide service excellence - an area increasingly important in times of economic downturn.
The Service Business was founded to provide a different approach to helping Companies solve their post-manufacturing supply chain problems. Every member of our team has held senior positions in companies that are directly involved in the provision of post manufacturing services, either as an OEM, or as a Service Provider. This kind of real experience means that we can quickly get to the answers that you are looking for, without wasting your time or money on theory and slide-ware.

From scratch, in less than two years, The Service Business has completed over 30 major projects in Europe, the US and Asia, gained many new household name clients and cultivated a strong reputation in the service industry.
Our clients now include leading companies across a range of sectors from Aerospace and Defence through to Software and Computing.
Our Expertise
Our experience and practical expertise mean that we understand how to help change the perception of service, from that of a slow growth "cash cow" to an area worth investing in and which can produce accelerated profitable service initiatives.
In fact, Service already provides up to 50% of some market leading companie's profit (Rolls Royce, IBM etc). The challenge for the rest is to optimise their people, processes and technology to achieve the same.
